Group Chat Mode

Offline Translation Package
When you don't have cellular or wifi, buy the offline package so you can still translate. Now 8 languages are supported, more languages are under development.

Answer: Our products support 40 languages & 93 accents online translation. If you don't have a wifi or a cellular network, we also supply Offline translation packages: when you buy the offline package you can get it automatically.
Question 2:How many languages are supported offline packages?
Answer: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, French, Germany these 8 languages, Thai offline translation is under development, it will be launched by the end of 2021. From the above offline languages, there're 13 bundles of offline translation: EN-CHN, EN-JP, EN-KR, EN-RU, EN-ES, EN-FR, EN-DE, JP-CHN, KR-CHN, RU-CHN, ES-CHN, FR-CHN, DE-CHN When Thai offline translation is ready, four bundles of EN-TH, TH-CHN will be available.
Question 3: Can M2 translate phone content and video content?
Answer: NO
Question 4:Can M2 listen to music and make calls?
Answer: Yes, it also works as an earbud.
Question 5:How to use Listen mode?
Answer: Open the Timekettle app, click Listen Mode, and listen to the translation from the M2 earbuds without disturbing other attendees. Note: Using for movies and videos is not recommended. The mechanical noise and narrative patterns would affect the translation accuracy.
