Shipping Policy for Dealer and Drop Shippers

Please get familiar with our shipping policies and communicate this information to your customers.
  • Urban Drones is located in South Florida and ships from Coral Springs, Florida.
  • About 98% of orders placed before 2 P.M. Eastern Time are shipped the same day. Make sure you choose the correct shipping method during check out.
  • We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS and days are counted in BUSINESS DAYS.
  • Because of the latest developments and complications due to Covid19, all orders over $150 will be shipped with Signature Required.
  • Next day orders are in Business Days. If you require Saturday deliver, make sure you communicate this information to your account manager.
We offer fast worldwide shipping. The shipping fees estimates are calculated in the cart by entering your shipping address, this calculator is also provided on the payment screen. Every order we ship will have a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking number once we ship the item. The actual shipping cost will be included in your weekly invoice.
 
 
Returns
If you'd like to return an item, you must first obtain an RMA. Contact Support@UrbanDrones.com to obtain an RMA.
In your email, you must include the following:
  • Order number
  • Which item you are returning (if the order included multiple items)
  • Reason for the return

  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked within our 10 day policy (from delivery date). Shipping fee will be deducted from the refund and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
 
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
 
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
3) We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
4) We do NOT reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise MUST BE in its unused condition AND in its original packaging.
